Ruth Dinardi Rosado is the founder of Rinardis Business Consulting. This up and coming consultation powerhouse didn’t just appear out of thin air though. So, how did she cultivate this firm into what it is today and is currently growing into? She did it through incredibly hard work, fierce determination and an unwavering systematic consultative approach that leads businesses to profits.
From an early age, Ruth was an unparalleled problem solver. Her displayed natural affinity for determining how to work smarter and get measurable results was clear to her teachers, and thusly she was encouraged by those instructors, as well as her family, to move into the business industry space.
Coming from an international background, Ruth is a bilingual that speaks business level English and Spanish. After securing her M.B.A in International Business, Trade and Commerce and becoming a certified English/Spanish translator, Ruth felt that as a seasoned well-rounded business professional it was time to put her international prospective in front of other business owners proactively. Before she knew it, Ruth was being asked to speak by business owners and executives to share her insights and advice on marketing, sales, systemization and team building that would yield dynamic results to their businesses. Since then, put simply, her audiences have only been amazed. Ruth’s branded “fiery dynamic” approach to addressing business strategies has been the long-awaited change that business owners in the industry have been looking for from their consultants.
Due to her strong long-term career and personal life that has connected her across seven countries around the globe, Ruth without a doubt brings a multifaceted strategic approach to her clients that helps them breach not only the English market, but the Spanish market as well. Ruth specifically has spent a strong majority of her career in the following industry spaces: Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Biomedical, Non-Profit and Community Outreach, and Supply Chain. In each of these spaces she worked herself from the entry floor level roles up into roles of significance leadership and management. Within these roles, she also took on training and coaching roles that directly impacted and improved the business units she was a part of year after year.
